This mentorship is ideal for those wishing to advance their Craniosacral Fascial Therapy practice.

Our goal is to help you deepen your skills and understanding of CFT to build your confidence so you can  build a successful CFT business.

Mentor Charity Spears

Charity Spears of Gilbert, Arizona has over 13 years of experience in bodywork. She has developed a deep passion for supporting families through Gillespie Approach- Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). Charity identified the crucial need for bodywork in her community. She is committed to training others in these transformative techniques to ensure that more families can benefit from this essential work. She has worked with over 1,000 clients and created a dedicated team of five practitioners valley-wide.

The Gillespie Approach-CFT Mentorship Program Includes:

1. Application Process

Prospective mentees must complete an application providing background information and outlining their professional goals, including the age and demographic of their desired clients.

2. Onboarding Call 

An initial onboarding call with Kim or Holly and prospective mentor will assess how the mentorship can best support their development.

3. Intensive Training in Mentor’s location (Arizona)

Mentees attend a two day intensive training session in Gilbert, Arizona.

This includes:

SHADOWING THREE CLIENTS:

  • Observe treatment sessions to gain insights into effective therapy techniques.

CO-TREATING THREE CLIENTS: 

  • Collaborate with the mentor to apply learned techniques in real-time.

4. Hands-on Practice:

Mentees will work on the mentor and receive treatment to foster a reciprocal learning experience.

5. Q&A Sessions:

Each appointment will be 50-60 minutes and have a 20-minute gap in between for questions and feedback.
